Oregon's amazing bounty is often overlooked and underutilized by our community. 80% of the agricultural products that are produced in Oregon are not consumed in Oregon, and while no one expects us to eat it all (especially since last time we checked there weren't too many recipes for christmas trees) we can do better.

Faced with a changing marketplace and economic pressures from agribusiness conglomerates, Oregon's local farmers are exploring new ways to reach the public, such as Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), farmer's markets, and retail stands.
